Transport Canada now requires all visual observers to be trained.  They also require RPOC holders to have a training program for visual observers that can be tracked.  This program consists of nine modules covering all Transport Canada Visual Observer regulation requirements plus a confirmatory test process.   Time is money, get this prgram today.
