WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy does not allow for returns on issued documentation such as checklists, manuals and all other documentation issued in pdf format, because these materials are non-retrievable once distributed, therefore all sales are final.

CAN THE DOCUMENTS REFLECT MY COMPANIES CORPORATE IDENTITY?
Yes all of the documents can be modified with your corporate name and logo as required. A fee may be required depending upon the complexity of your requirements.
