WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment for documents, plus S&H charges are required before shipping via E-transfer to kr.droneworks@gmail.com. Custom orders will be assessed on an individual basis and may require a deposit
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our policy does not allow for returns on issued documentation such as Checklists, Manuals and all other documentation issued in pdf format, because these materials are non-retrievable once distributed, therefore all sales are final. Contact KRDW for return requirements for other items and products.
CAN THE DOCUMENTS REFLECT MY COMPANIES CORPORATE IDENTITY?
Yes all of the documents can be modified with your corporate name and logo as required. A fee may be required depending upon the complexity of your requirements.
