A TC SFOC-RPAS approval is required for several types of drone flight operations as outlined inTC CARs part IX.  In April 2026, TC updated the SFOC process to meet Jarvus SORA 2.5 recommendations. This Aide-memoire has been updated to reflect the changes.
 
The TC application process can be challenging, especially if you do not understand the process, especially the application of JARUS SORA 2.5.  This Aide-memoire will assist in guiding you through the process.
