RPAS Record Keeping Manual
The Record Keeping Manual establishes the mandatory policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the creation, maintenance, retention, and disposition of all records related to your RPAS operations. This system ensures all records can serve as authoritative evidence of business activities and are fully compliant with CARs Part IX.
Compliance and Control
The manual adopts records management principles defined by international best practices (ISO 15489-1:2016) to ensure every record possesses four essential characteristics:
Authenticity: The record is what it purports to be, created by the correct person/system at the correct time.
Reliability: The record's contents accurately reflect the business activity it documents

Usability: The record can be located, retrieved, presented, and interpreted with its context fully understood.
